24-7 Football T&C

1. This contract is with British Sky Broadcasting Ltd, Grant Way, Isleworth, Middlesex TW7 5QD. These terms have been shortened to fit on a mobile handset. It is important that you read and understand the full terms that will apply to your use of 24-7 Football before accepting them. These are available at www.24-7football.co.uk. Once you click on the “Subscribe” button you are agreeing to comply with the full terms and are committed to paying for 24-7 Football.

2. Network charges for downloading video clips are included if you are on Vodafone, Orange, T-Mobile, Three or 02 (a “Main Network”), otherwise they will apply. You may be charged for accessing and browsing the site depending on your operator and tariff. Your mobile network provider may have a fair use policy which will apply to your use of this Service. Your mobile network provider may also charge you roaming charges if you access 24-7 Football outside of the country in which your mobile handset is registered. If you have any queries about the service and you are on a Main Network then please call your mobile network provider’s customer services line, otherwise you can contact Sky customer services by telephoning +44 844 2411 531.

3. You must pay £5 per month in advance unless you terminate your subscription in accordance with the terms. Bango.net Limited will provide a billing service for 24-7 Football and you will have to enter into a contract with them for this.

4. You agree that any member of the British Sky Broadcasting group, News International group and any company which may succeed our businesses, may use and share the information you provide and other information we hold about you for account management, market research and the marketing of Sky’s, News International’s and third parties’ products and services. This may include contacting you by post, telephone, email or SMS unless you tell us you don’t want to be contacted in any of these ways by calling us on +44 844 2411 531. We may also share such information with credit reference agencies and other companies including for use in credit decisions, for fraud prevention and to pursue debtors. Information held by the Sky and News International groups about you may also be shared with other companies outside these groups, including for sales, marketing and market research purposes by such companies, unless you indicate that you wish to be excluded from such uses by contacting us on +44 844 2411 531.

5. Goals and highlights not available between 2:45-5.15pm on Saturday afternoon in the UK. For personal use in the UK and ROI only. You will need a mobile phone handset which is capable of WAP browsing and downloading video content. To view some content on the service (e.g. live streaming of Gillette Soccer Saturday) you will need to have a 3G phone and be on the Vodafone or Orange network. 24-7 Football is subject to the availability of your network.

6. You must not or authorise or assist any third party to
(i) copy (except as permitted by law), redistribute or relay the whole or any part of 24-7 Football; or
(ii) sell or make any charge for watching or using any part of 24-7 Football; or
(iii) show any part of 24-7 Football in public to an audience, even if no charge is made; or
(iv) use 24-7 Football for any improper or unlawful purpose.

7. Except as required by law, we will not be responsible or liable for the fitness for a particular purpose of 24-7 Football, or for any loss or damage caused by:
(i) failure, interruption or delays to the service caused by events outside our reasonable control;
(ii) your negligence or your failure to follow our reasonable instructions or the terms of this contract;
(iii) us or our employees or agents in circumstances where:
  (a) there is no breach of a contractual obligation or legal duty of care owed to you by us or our employees or agents;
  (b) such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any breach;
  (c) such loss or damage results from any breach by you of this contract;
(iv) any incompatibility of the service with any hardware and/or software on your mobile phone.

8. If we amend these terms and conditions, you will be notified on www.24-7football.co.uk. Your first use of the service after you have been notified of the new terms will constitute acceptance of such changes. If we amend these terms and conditions and such change has a material effect on you to your detriment we will give you one months’ notice of such change in writing.

9. You or we can end this contract by giving the other party notice at any time. You can manage your subscription via the Sky Portal or by contacting Sky customer service on +44 844 2411 531. You will stop receiving 24-7 Football on the next monthly anniversary of when you first subscribed and you must pay for receiving it during this period.

10. We can transfer our rights and obligations under the contract to any company, firm or person. We can only do this if it does not affect your rights under the contract in a negative way. The contract is personal to you. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this contract to anyone else and no third party is entitled to benefit under this contract except pursuant to this clause 10.
